Because Socks'Site is an extension of our gift shop David's, it is our wish that you'll find your shopping experience as enjoyable as you would walking through our front door. All information both financial or personal are used for the purposes of processing your order only. We will not share or sell your information. All payments are processed online as a secure transaction through Paypal. If you are still uncomfortable with online pay please see our Payment Options.
Payment Options
We accept and prefer MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover card.
We will also accept checks or money orders by request. We will hold your order until payment has cleared. We do ask that if you will be mailing in payment, contact us in advance so we can make the order process as smooth as possible. If you would rather order by phone or fax, please call to confirm stock availability and provide email or fax information so we can send a purchase order for your approval.

Pricing and Tax
California State residents will pay the current sales tax rate on applicable merchandise, presently 8.25%. No other states are subject to sales tax. Prices are shown before tax.
Shipping & Insurance
Currently our carriers include USPS and UPS. We will be adding Fed Ex. If you are local and wish to pick up your items will call is available. We process orders giving priority based on shipping method chosen & then on a first come first serve basis. We ship primarily Tuesday through Friday unless you contact us with special circumstances. We do our best to process orders as soon as payment has cleared but when this isn't possible please consult the chart for processing time estimates.

USPS orders will include a delivery confirmation number and UPS orders will have a tracking number to help monitor your package delivery. We strongly suggest insurance but we will only provide this by request.
$hipping $avers: UPS Ground guarantees up to 6 days from mailing date. USPS Parcel post may arrive within a week from mailing date but there are no guarantees. Parcel post is unpredictable & slows down a great deal throughout the holidays. They are money savers but please consider the possibility of a long delivery time. You can always contact us if you need shipping suggestions.
Return Policy
We accpect returns up to 30 days of receipt of order based on reasonable issues. Please contact us for details regarding your particular circumstances. Socks'Site must receive notice within 8 days regarding your issue by email at davids.internet@verizon.net. You may call to clarify your situation but we recommend making note of the customer service rep who helped you for accuracy. We will not accept returns on opened / used merchandise with exception of product defect. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense however we may reimburse you depending on the situation particularly when we have sent a defective product, or similar order issues.
Return Packaging Instructions
Please include original merchandise packaging as well as:
- A copy of your invoice, purchase order and your contact information.
- Notes regarding your issue with the item(s)
- Confirmation of your return agreement (refund, exchange...)
Please do not send items COD. You may want to use services such as delivery confirmation, tracking numbers, signature required to ensure the safe & traceable return of your package. Again, we are here to help if you are unsure of how to package your return.

As we get used to being online and our David's staff get's accustomed to a customer base beyond our current population of 24,909 ...phone calls & faxes will be equally encouraged. We are however reachable at (559) 638-2635 until our toll free 800 number is completely set up. Our current David's staff business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm PST, Saturdays 9:30 - 5:00 pm PST but the site & email address is often monitored after hours.
